The Marlton Hotel in NYC charmed me with its lovely decorand prime location. The hall was chilly and had afoul odor, but overall, a serene stay amidst the bustling city.

My recent stay at this hotel was a delight! the staff here are welcoming and professional, always going above and beyond to assist guests. the breakfast provided each day was good, offering a perfect start to the day. the location is fab, being so close to various subway lines and Washington Square Park. the atmosphere in the bar and lounge area was fantastic, buzzing with guests and patrons from morning to late night. the rooms were small but tastefully decorated, offering all the necessary amenities. the building has a charming early 20th-century vibe and the free baggage storage was a great convenience.

Nearby landmarks such as Bryant Park and Brooklyn Bridge offered great opportunities for family bonding and relaxation.

The rooms are tiny (for one person no problem, but for 2, it's a limit). This is really the most negative point of the hotel. The bed is a queen bed (not a king bed). There too, my husband and I are not used to it... We haven't had a household 2 days out of 4. The windows open very little. The bedding is average. No one helps you pack your suitcases on arrival.

The accessibility for senior people was commendable, with convenient options for transfer from a wheelchair to the shower seat.

This breakfast, paid in advance, a disaster! Fake nouvelle cuisine at the cost of... 46 USS for two: that's 10 Euros tip or the boys will be pissed off! The reception: they charged me 40 USS more per night without telling me (because I asked for two beds instead of a double bed). Increase, that's right, but they warn you! Let's add, it's not a hotel, it's a room rental, you won't have access to any other service as the lounges are sold to bobo students who take advantage of the free Wi-Fi. If ever, the 0.25 cl beer is 10 USS. Forget about this establishment!

Everything! Caring for clients rather than paying a return on investment capital. I paid 300 euros per night for a "large" room of 12 m2, which is comfortable but without service!

I was disappointed with the tiny room and slow elevator, resulting in a fall. The staff's lack of care was concerning. Despite the cold, smelly hallway, the convenient location and cozy lobby were positives. Breakfast was enjoyable, but the overall experience was far below expectations.

the facilities and style is very good. the warmth of the people at the reception and of the bellboys is to be highlighted . the room is small but warm. the best thing is the lobby, very warm.

in the lobby there are too many people using it who are not staying at the hotel. breakfast could have more traditional options, such as toast or fruit salads. The staff at breakfast were very different from each other in terms of treatment.

The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable and made it easy for me to stay connected with my team back at the office. The on-site library and lounge area provided a sophisticated space for informal meetings or unwinding with a good book and a cup of coffee.

It is an establishment with the New York character you expect from a historic building, the lobby is always lively, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast lets you choose from four options, a salty one with avocado and egg toast, a sweet one with delicious cruaSan, and yogurt with fruits. The neighborhood is absorbing, energetic, New York in essence, you do not get tired of walking around. And well connected to the rest

Since it's an old building, don't expect everything to be new and perfect. That decadent point is chic but it can give you a negative impression. I'd miss toast for breakfast. Room as you can see in the picture, but not very practical, a round stool does not solve anything when there is a lack of space, which there is, because you have to make way if there are two; neither does it help that the closet has three shelves filled by the bar furniture, although there are enough hangers.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The cleanliness and equipment of the rooms were TOP. We had an evening meal at the hotel and we were not disappointed.

Breakfast left us hungry, especially considering the price ($25 per day/person). The staff was there to do its job but it lacked a smile and enthusiasm both at the restaurant and at the hotel reception.

Just got back from an amazing stay in Greenwich Village! LOVED the cozy rooms and friendly staff. the breakfast was simple, but I felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again! the atmosphere was even better than in the photos.

Ideal location to discover the city on foot, in one of the nicest areas. Bcp of good restaurants around and easy transportation nearby. lounge is nice, staff helpful and breakfasts all to be correct.

Lovely area to be based in NYC. The hotel lobby/bar is welcoming and a good place for a catch up with friends. In the room, everything is available, with a very comfy bed and excellent shower, and beautiful decoration. The staff made the difference; everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The quality of the room, its details and the linen are fantastic. For example, there are crown moldings and brass bathroom fixtures! This will be our home away when next we are in NYC.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to the center and the skibus stops right at the hotel. Additionally, the hotel was spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of fresh products to choose from.

I had such a great time staying at this place! The location couldn't have been better - right in the center of The Village, in a very nice neighborhood. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who even noticed it was my husband's birthday and sent us a bottle of Champagne to celebrate. The restaurant and bar area were also impressive, with delicious breakfast options and great cocktails. this place really exceeded my expectations.

Couldn't stay longer.

The location was fantastic, just a block away from a beautiful park. the building itself had a charming and old-fashioned feel, which added to the overall experience. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and I loved being able to sit outside and people-watch.

The price was quite high, especially considering the size of the rooms. And unfortunately, during my stay, there was an issue with the water being cut off for several hours due to construction in the area.

Marlton's location in Greenwich Village is excellent, close to Midtown and the theatre district. the hotel exudes a charming, old-fashioned vibe with clever touches.

The size of the penthouse suites could be a bit small for larger groups. But hey, that's just my take!
